Shortlisting Criteria:
- Candidates must meet the benchmark score of minimum aggregate of 60% each in Class X (English + best 4 subject) and Class XII (English + best 3 subjects), 55% in Bachelor Degree (honors) /60% in Bachelor Degree. (Note: criteria will not apply for those with minimum of five years of relevant work experience).
- Merit rank of aggregate for positions with more than eligible 20 applicants: ‘Aggregate %’ has been calculated considering performance in academic qualifications: 15% of Class X (English + best 4 subjects), 25% of Class XII (English + best 3 subjects) and 60% of Bachelor Degree qualification.
- Additionally, 5 bonus points awarded for those with 5 years of relevant experience in professional positions & 10 bonus point awarded for those with more than 10 years of relevant experience in professional positions.
- Candidates with incomplete information/application/invalid documents have not been considered for shortlisting.

Important notes on written examination:
- All shortlisted candidates must sit for a written examination. Candidates must bring along their original Citizenship Identity Card and other required for the written examination.
- Written examination paper consists of one examination paper comprising three sections: Subject Knowledge, English Communications, Dzongkha Communication and Problem Solving skills.
- Candidates must score 50% or more in the written examination.
- The written examination will be conducted on 30th July 2025 and the venue will be fixed as per the convenience of the candidates.
