Level 2 Certificate in Procurement and Supply Operations
Suitable for beginners and those new to purchasing, inventory, and logistics.
Level 3 Advanced Certificate in Procurement and Supply Operations
Designed for those working in operational roles who want to strengthen supply chain and stakeholder coordination skills.
Level 4 Diploma in Procurement and Supply
The main entry point to a professional career, focusing on negotiation and contract management.
Level 5 Advanced Diploma in Procurement and Supply
For senior buyers and officers, focusing on strategic procurement, performance management, and risk.
Level 6 Professional Diploma in Procurement and Supply

Distance Learning Option
Our distance learning option allows you to study with flexibility while still receiving personal academic support. You can start at any time during the year and continue your studies even if you relocate. You study at your own pace and register for examinations when you feel prepared. Tutors will provide individual guidance and help you improve in areas where you need support.

Examinations are conducted several times each year outside the United Kingdom. If you move to another location, assistance will be provided to help you continue your studies at another approved examination centre.

The time required depends on your experience and study pace.
- Level 2 Certificate 6 to 12 months
- Level 3 Advanced Certificate 6 to 12 months

Fee Information
CIPS qualification fees are not paid as a single package. There are separate payments to CIPS United Kingdom and to the JNEC Study Centre.

Important Note
Successful completion of the CIPS qualification requires both academic preparation and professional assessment. The College prepares you for the examinations while the final certification and examinations are conducted by CIPS United Kingdom.
