Eligibility Criteria:

 A candidate must:

  1. Be a Bhutanese Citizen
  2. Have attained 18 years of age and not more than 45 years (cook) and technician and 50 years of age for (Professor/Lecturer/Associate Lecturer/Assistant Lecturer) at the time of recruitment.
  3. Meet qualification, experience and other requirements as specified in the position profile of the positions.
  4. Minimum Benchmark criteria:
    • Candidates with Masters Qualification (and above) must have minimum aggregate of 50% each in Bachelors degree and Masters Degree. Applicable to Sl. No. 1
    • Candidates with Bachelors degree qualification must have an aggregate of 60% each in Class X (English + best 4 subject) and Class XII (English + best 3 subjects), and 55% in Bachelors degree (honors)/60% in Bachelors degree (general). (Note: criteria will not apply for those with minimum of five years relevant experience at professional positions). Applicable to Sl. No. 1
    • Candidates must have a minimum aggregate of 60% in Diploma and 50% each in Class X (English + best 4 subjects) and Class XII (English + best 3 subjects). Applicable to Sl. No. 2
    • Applications that do not meet the minimum benchmark criteria will not be considered

Documents Required:

  1. Copy of valid Security Clearance Certificate (Valid till the last date of document submission)
  2. Copy of valid Medical Fitness Certificate (valid for 6 months from the date of issuance to the last date of document submission)
  3. Academic Transcripts and certificates: (Not Applicable to sl. 3)
    *  Marksheet and certificate of Class X
    *  Marksheet and certificate of Class XII
    *  Marksheet and certificate of Bachelor Degree and above (Grade conversion of marksheets must be submitted if the marks are awarded in CGPA or any international marking system. [Note: Once the original degree certificate has been conferred, submission of a provisional certificate will not be accepted]
  4. Copy of Citizenship ID card, both back and front
  5. Audit Clearance Certificate
  6. No Objection Certificate from the current employer if employed (clearly indicating that the candidate can contest for the position and upon selection, can start working in the new position, if employed)
