Vacancy Announcement for the position of cook

The Jigme Namgyel Engineering College, Dewathang is pleased to announce the following vacancies:

Eligibility Criteria

A Candidate must:

1. Be a Bhutanese citizen.
2. Have attained at least 18 years of age, and not more than 45 years of age.
3. Meet the requirements as specified in the position profile.

Eligible candidates may submit their application along with the required documents to the Administration Section in hard copy latest by 20^th June 2025, 4:00 PM.

Documents Required:

1. RUB Employment Application Form (click here)
2. Valid Security Clearance Certificate (approved online)
3. Valid Medical Fitness Certificate (Valid on the last date of application)
4. Valid Citizenship Identity Card
5. Audit Clearance Certificate, if employed in Civil Service or Public Organisations
6. Candidate must produce No Objection Certificate from the Parent/Working Agency, if currently employed within 5 working days after the selectioninterview, if selected.
7. Experience Certificate (s)/documentary evidence(s) for current and previous employment records.

Note:

1. Preference will be given to those candidates with relevant experience for the purpose of shortlisting.
2. The two references in the application form should both beprofessional referees from two different organizations. If there is only one past or current employment record, both referees can be from the same organization.
3. Please, note that it is the sole responsibility of applicants to ensure that all mandatory documents as mentioned above are submitted to Human Resource Division as per the announcement.
4. Applications with incomplete documents or information will be directly rejected during the time of scrutiny.
5. Candidate must produce Negative Drug Certificate, if selected.
