Mr. Ashish Middha, The Hon’ble Consul General of India based in Phuentsholing (Bhutan) visited the college on June 14, 2019 (Friday).
The Hon’ble Consul General met with Dr. Andu Dukpa, the President of JNEC and discussed on various subjects. Dr. Andu Dukpa thanked the Hon’ble Consul General for the support JNEC has been receiving from the Government of India through the Royal Government of Bhutan. Discussions also included the possibility of enrolling students from India in the college and visiting faculty members for teaching assignments.
The Hon’ble Consul General gifted few important books on the theme ‘Bharat Ek Parichay’ to the college.
