On 20th March, His Excellency Dasho Dr. Sonam Kinga, Honourable Chairman of National Council of Bhutan visited Jigme Namgyel Engineering College with staff and students of the College.
His Excellency spent almost three hours, talking about importance to understand the Tsa-Wa-Sum. Dasho also responded to some concerns raised by the students of the college.
